Sōhe, pronounced “sew”or “sow” is a successful soft goods workroom and design firm run by owner and designer Katharine Leonard. Katharine has an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern and initially began her professional career in finance after studying at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
In 2004, Katharine founded Sōhe Studio with the objective to build a company that curated trendsetting interior products while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Today, Katharine continues to advance the firm's use of technology and process to ensure world-class quality and prompt delivery. She has worked in New York City, Chicago, and now lives in Frisco, Texas.
We are a dedicated team of designers, product developers, and logistics experts working together to provide the best products and services in interior textiles. Our team has fabricated bespoke soft goods and provided unparalleled design support for private aviation since 2008 using the finest textiles from around the world. Our team works meticulously to create the ideal loft in a pillow, perfect pillow corners accompanied by exception service and support for each of our clients.
Over the years, our team has dreamed of fabrics, textures, and patterns that were set apart from the rest. The seeds of a new chapter were slowly being planted, and in 2018, we embarked on a journey to find and create textiles that were unique and of the highest quality. That journey led us to launch our own line of luxury textiles and soft good products under the name Sōhe. We seek to create unique textiles made of the highest quality materials, from silks and jacquards woven in Italy, cashmere from Mongolia, to linens from Ireland.
As textile enthusiasts, we strive to make wonderfully touchable fabrics and beautifully practical products that invite and envelope the senses. We create bespoke soft goods to bring you comfort in your home or your home away from home. We are continually seeking to elevate the aviation and interior experience.
